In 2016, Inspire expanded its specialist service into the Yorkshire region, to deliver residential, specialised education, supported accommodation services and family support.

Residential Care/Support Worker (RCSW) Fulltime or Relief Staff

Salary: £23,200-24,500 per annum, plus optional overtime and other company benefits, £8.42-£9.10 per hour, £57.50-night support allowance

Experience/Qualifications: Desirable although not essential as full training will be given
Hours: Full time (Based on a Rota) or as required for Relief RCSW’s
Location: (Yorkshire)
Role: To provide support to Looked-After Children, Care Leavers or families within their own homes, the community or within supported accommodation provided by Inspire or the local authority.

Senior Residential Care/Support Worker (SRCSW) Fulltime

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum, plus optional overtime and other company benefits, £9.36-£10.66 £57.50-night support allowance

Experience/Qualifications: Essential
Hours: Full time (Based on a Rota)
Location: (Yorkshire)
Role: To provide care and support to Looked-After Children, Care Leavers or families within their own homes, the community or within residential care or supported accommodation through Inspire or the local authority. Assisting the Management Team to ensure that all responsibilities with the service are met.

Role: To assist the Registered Manager in ensuring all responsibilities with the registered home

Registered Manager

Salary: £13.28 – £16.69 per hr
Experience/Qualifications: Level 4 in management or higher/equivalent, 5 years residential experience, will be required to work towards ILM Level 5 qualification.
Hours: Full time
Location: (Yorkshire)
Role: To assume overall responsibility for the management of one or two designated residential home/s  (number of homes managed is reflected in salary)

Senior HR / Administration Officer
